Boult Audio introduced a set of new Bluetooth-calling smartwatches on Thursday, namely the Crown R and Drift 2, alongside entry-level W40 TWS earbuds boasting an impressive 48-hour playtime assurance. The new products will be available on the company’s official website and e-commerce marketplaces.
Among these novel offerings, the Crown R smartwatch distinguished itself with its premium appeal and elegant craftsmanship. We think it could easily be the best-looking budget smartwatch in the town. The wearable features a 1.52-inch round display encased in a zinc alloy metallic frame. The metallic frame comes with options of dual-colored metal straps, including the Bullet Silver and Coal Black, diversifying the wrist styles.
The conventional round dial and high-quality metal straps make the Crown R an elegant timepiece. The smartwatch gets IP67 water-resistant rating to ensure durability against water and sweat. As for the display, the screen has a peak brightness of 600 nits, which should ensure good outdoor visibility. The screen supports 150 cloud-based watch faces.
Other notable features include- Bluetooth calling, a dedicated speaker and microphone, 100 sports modes, a SpO2 (Blood Oxygen) monitor, and Heart Rate monitor. The smartwatch is priced at Rs. 2,499, which seems pretty aggressive for the kind of design and looks the smartwatch offers.

Falling second in the new lineup, the Drift 2 smartwatch also offers a zinc alloy metallic frame that encompasses a 1.85-inch HD screen with over 100 sports modes, much to the attraction of customers looking around for a cheaper smartwatch.
With SpO2 Blood Oxygen monitoring and Heart Rate tracking capabilities, the Drift 2 smartwatch offers SMS and notification features that are amplified with over 150 cloud-based watch faces. A long press of the crown grants instant access to Siri and Google Assistant. Coming with an IP67 water-resistant rating, Drift 2 is priced at just Rs. 1,499 with strap colors including Pink, Blue, and Black.
Holding the new lineup at its back remains the all-new Boult 240 TWS that claims to offer a 48-hours playtime and ultra-low latency of 45ms. The earbuds come in a rubber grip and has Quad-mic technology. Priced at Rs. 899, the TWS comes in Berry Red, Ivory White, Denim Blue, and Khaki Green color options.
The newly-launched wearables are available for purchase on the official Boult website and Flipkart, while the TWS earbuds will be available on Amazon and Boult Audio’s official website.
