Xiaomi Shines in Customer Delight Rankings in Techarc’s 2025 RaRe Quadrant Report

Gurugram/ Srinagar, Dec 29: Xiaomi India has solidified its position as a market leader in user experience, with its 2025 smartphone portfolio overwhelmingly securing Delight status in the latest Techarc RaRe Quadrant Analysis. The report reveals that an impressive 12 out of 13 models (92%) from the Xiaomi, (including its sub brands Redmi, and Poco) have landed in the top-performing quadrant, signalling high customer satisfaction across both quantitative ratings and qualitative review sentiment.

The Xiaomi 15: An Unrivaled Halo Product

Leading the charge is the flagship Xiaomi 15, which the report identifies as the undisputed leader in customer delight. Achieving peak performance with the highest scores in both customer ratings and review sentiment, the Xiaomi 15 serves as a powerful halo product, elevating the perception of the entire Xiaomi ecosystem.

The device has set a new industry benchmark, praised for its seamless integration of premium hardware and software. Key features driving this Delight status include:

  • Peak Performance: Powered by the latest 3nm architecture for high efficiency.
  • Imaging Excellence: A Leica-tuned triple 50MP camera system.
  • Enhanced Durability: Featuring Xiaomi Shield Glass and an IP68 rating.

Redmi and Poco: Consistency Meets Volume

Techarc’s analysis highlights the remarkable consistency of the Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco, where every 2025 model from the budget-friendly C-series to the high-performance F and X series, landed firmly in the Delight quadrant. This focused specialist strategy has successfully built a loyal, satisfied audience by delivering precisely on its performance-centric promises.

Redmi remains the mainstream powerhouse and primary volume driver for the portfolio. Most models, including the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G and the Redmi 15 5G, were celebrated for aligning marketed features, like massive battery life with real-world user experiences. While the report noted a single outlier in the Discontent quadrant, the overall Redmi lineup continues to prove its reliability as an engine for the brand’s growth.

A Future-Forward Strategy

Xiaomi’s 2025 portfolio is a testament to the brand’s ability to balance aspirational innovation with mainstream value, the report notes. By defining distinct roles for each sub-brand, Xiaomi has created a synergistic ecosystem that maintains a 13.6% global market share, ranking in the top three for 21 consecutive quarters.

About the Methodology 

The Techarc RaRe Quadrant plots devices based on two axes: average quantitative ratings (satisfaction) and net sentiment from qualitative reviews (positive vs. negative commentary).  In this report, all the key 2025 smartphone launches of Xiaomi were reviewed and plotted on the RaRe quadrant to analyse and generate insights.
