Motorola has introduced a new sub-10,000 smartphone in India for budget-conscious buyers. Despite its low price, the new entry-level G-series handset includes certain high-end features typically associated with mid-range counterparts priced nearly twice as high. These include a large 5,000mAh battery, IP52 certified water repellent design, and a 50MP camera system.
Furthermore, there are some notable features that we believe make the Motorola G14 the best-looking multimedia smartphone in the entry-level price category. Let us explain why.
Motorola G14- Deigned For Media Streaming
The sub-10K smartphone flaunts a 6.5” Full HD+ IPS LCD display (405PPI). Featuring a 20:9 aspect ratio and punch hole design with slim bezels, the 1080p screen should enable an immersive video playback experience. To protect your eyes, Motorola has added a Night Light, which tints the screen amber, making the display easier to view in dim light.
The big full HD screen is complemented by a pair of stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos technology. Seen usually on premium handsets, the Dolby-tuned stereo speakers would definitely add some grunt to the handset’s media streaming capabilities. Motorola also mentions that the G14 has Spatial Sound by Moto, which makes the sound delivery more immersive and filling.
To support long media streaming, the G14 relies on a big 5,000mAh battery cell that should last for at least two days on one full charge even with heavy use. The handset ships with a 20W Type-c TurboPower charger in the box.
The smartphone also aces the looks with its sleek design and acrylic glass material (PMMA) rear panel. The G14 will also be available in the segment’s first vegan leather finish later in the month. The handset is 7.99mm thick and weighs 177g.

[…] Motorola Moto E13 arrived in India in February 2023 with a 6.5-inch HD+ display and a giant 5,000mAh battery cell. The handset was launched in two RAM and storage variants- 2GB/64GB and 4GB/64GB, which seemed somewhat limiting in today’s time even for an entry-level handset. Motorola seemed to have addressed the gap with the launch of Moto E13’s new variant. […]
